Goodbye Feb, Hello March

Sunday is usually my rest day and i prefer to just stay at home and finish some work or watch netflix. Honestly, i have cut down a lot of my social time and limiting to meet different group of friends once per 2 week. Oh, Im glad that last friday was the last official partnership with this organisation. no offence, i love them just that we have a clash in work ethics and such. Had to rush to finish the report before meeting K. oh we decided to meet on Friday this week bcause he wanted to go for Star Wars Exhibition. Otw there, my sister called me saying he didnt bring key for the lock hahahha but i was already at Potong Pasir, so no choice she has to go compass to kill time while waiting for my parents to reach. Did i mentioned that it is the 3rd time my parents go Geylang this week? Hahahha, busy nak carik contractor to change our kitchen cabinet.

Back to Star Wars, we actually planned to spend 30 mins there but wow we spent nearly 90mins hahahah! I was super lost at first but K took his time to explain most of the characters and all. & it was interesting eh the storyline hahaha. I have always thought that Star Wars is the same as LOTR but no ehhh! We find some staircase to perform our mahgrib prayer before singgahing Fossil to look at the smartwatch. Still deciding whether to get smartwatch or normal watch for our hantaran..

Trained to Bugis to have our dinner and since our budget is $25 for food and dessert, we decided to try Gerillbab new halal korean food and its only $8 plus ehh for a reasonable portion. bought drink and vanilla crepe and decided to eat outside Joyden hall. The food not bad eh for the price! Trained home after that. Had a great time on fri.

Yesterday was super busy. In the morning, sent my dad and balik je kena buat last min slides fr smlm mlm nya talk then ustazah call me and talk abt work. i dont like to accumulate my work so i always try to finish it ASAP! Plan a few things for this year Ramadhan and we are going to have Khatam Quran session together. Yay! Last year i planned this for Fitwah and this year, we will be doing it wth Ustazah Atiiqah. Lepas tuh baru nak mkn, ada org picit bell and i thought it was my sister because she told me she otw home sekali bukak some delivery guy and she said to bulan. i was like sejak bila sis order ni but then again maybe for ustazah ah. Then he said it was for me. hhahahha terkejut seh and my mum was like today not your birthday what! nasib ada card and it was from Fafa, awhhhh! Belated engagement gift from her and its super cool seh! ada balloon (bcause she knws i tak suka flowers) and inside ada high tea set consist of dessert and tea sachet, mcm fefeeling at TWG! As i need to rush to finish off some work, had to close the box first. 

After asr, me and adik decided to go for a jog and funneh enough, baru jalan to rivervale, my adik nya kasut dah pecah. hahahah kekek seh pecah tgh road maluuuuu! So she had to sit somewhere while i singgah kedai beli glue. Dah glue fikir dah okay sekali sebelah kanan pulak pecah hahahah! She decided to bukak both side and jst jalan with jst the sole. hahahahhaha!The plan is to jog but now cannot jog cannot of someone shoes ah so we walked! Jalan dari rivervale park plan to go to anchorvale but we took the wrong route terus ke punggol waterway park seh!! Jauh gila and dari 5.45pm sampai 8pm jalan dok! 8pm pun belum sampai rumah, hahahaha! Nasib bawak air, ni kira kes dah sesat but still continue jalan. Rushed back home for class and isuper melekit seh so mandi cepat-cepat and after class baru sempat dinner. Ended my dad watching Star Wars with K at Disney plus. Hahhaha i cant believe i watched it and it was goooood eh. hahahahah apa dah jadi ni? 

Hahaha, okay today sis managed to finish 3/4 of the work. Planning my next week nya schedule and what to watch at Netflix later. tata

 Dear Diary,


Its already feb and so much things have happened. Dad is currently in hospital due to infection and alhamdulilah nothing serious, jst that his surgery will be next monday and for the past 3 days, been down with bad flu, sneezing non stop and kebetulan, one of the venue that i check in before was visited by the covid person so i had to make sure i was really okay.  Looking at the current condition right now, i was incline to switch my career and there was indeed few job offered. It was a tough decision to make because there is a lot of things to consider but after discussing with my parents and K, have decided to stay. InsyaAllah, our combined salary will be sufficient and in long term, staying at my current work is better. Also, currently both me and K decided to take a look at resale flats since our SBF tak dpt in Dec. Though we knw the probability to get a no is slim, still sedih jugak sbb tak dpt. We jst received our HLE letter and we have did some research on the process. Kinda scared for the cash payment like what if its more than $20k? We are hopeful for the grant provided and hopefully dpt byk ah and sengkang 4 room is super expensive! I mean 4room at CCK is cheaper and 5 room there is the same price at 4room in sengkang/punggol. We decided to go for units that dont need any/minimal reno and to avoid taking reno loan. Kinda excited for the house! hehe! I did budgeting for nikah, reception, rumah, reno, furniture and bby and each of us need to have at least $17k, insyaAllah slowly. & for this year, i have decided to cut my socializing time to save money. 2 kali per month je and try to bawak air sendiri and stay at home as much as i can.


Also abt reception, currently have to reduce to 100pax! kinda stress sehh, bcause imagine from 1400 pax to 350 and now to 100? hahaha, tawakkal je but i have aldy make plan on the what ifs.. for now have to jst wait for the announcement. This year ramadhan hopefully boleh gi masjid seh. I missed going to masjid mawaddah seh or do masjid hopping for terawih. But again, have to remind myself, ramadhan is more than jst going to masjid. remember last year i told myself i dont want to bake anymore during ramadhan, i guess i have to change plan. Maybe, this year ambik sikit je ah and my aim is to get at least $3k profit, insyaAllah. less than last year but mana tau this year dah boleh gi masjid ke....
